Davin Brainard, Warn Defever (who has led the avant-pop band His Name is Alive since 1990) and Dion Fischer have give over the space to Wolf Eyes' John Olson for a July 4 spectacle of strange sound called American Independence Day. The lineup includes: Hatred, The Haunting, Emeralds,Tovah Olson & the Shut Down Jasonz, The Graveyards, Treetops, the Squid (featuring ex-Wolf Eyes member Aaron Dilloway and C. Spencer Yeh of Cincinnati's Burning Star Core), Metal Dungeon and others.
The party, curated by Olson and the American Tapes label, begins at 4 p.m. and ends at midnight.
