American Rock-N-Roll-Ribs-Chili Cook-Off September 29, 2007

This inaugural event invites visitors to sample some of the best chili and vote for their favorite. The top three "People's Choice" recipients will go on to a final round of placement. Members of the city's fire stations and other local companies will also take part ina separate competition for the Mayor's Cup, awarded for the best fire house chili.
