American Institute of Wine & Food's 7th Annual Culinary Cook-Off November 7, 2010

Five AIWF Culinary Schools compete for the coveted Cow Trophy for best barbeque beef brisket and side dishes. There will also be additional food sampling stations from area restaurants featuring desserts, wine and beer. Music will be provided by the Charlie Steiner Jazz Trio, amid the twinkling lights at dusk in the botanical gardens.
