American Girl "Be Out There" in the Greenbelt June 26, 2010

The Greenbelt and American Girl have partnered up for an afternoon of outdoor activities inspired by the National Wildlife Federation's "Be Out There" campaign. Lanie, the 2010 American Girl of the Year, discovers nature in her own backyard, and you can too. The lake, forest, and grass areas of Willowbrook Park are the perfect setting to participate in various nature-themeed activities, and prepare you for a Great American Backyard Campout of your own.
