Downers Grove, IL—Enjoy classic Beatle favorites with the ultimate Beatles Tribute Band, American English, at the Tivoli Theatre, 5021 Highland Avenue in downtown Downers Grove. The benefit concert is slated for Thursday, May 2, 2013, at 7 PM. Admission is $20 before April 26th and $25 after. Proceeds will benefit SEASPAR, an organization that provides year-around recreation services for individuals with disabilities.
Rock out for a good cause and enjoy an evening of your favorite Beatles songs! Winners of the sound-a-like contest for three consecutive years at the annual Beatlefest convention, American English is the closest you will get to experiencing Beatlemania all over again. The performers – Eric Michaels, Tom Gable, Young Hines, and Doug Couture – bring a spot-on performance to the stage spanning the chart-topping career of the Beatles. From their vintage attire to authentic instruments, American English is the complete Beatles experience.
Original Beatles promoter and now American English promoter, Sam Leach, has dubbed American English “the best Beatles band on the planet.” Every detail of their performance is truly a journey back in time.
After the concert, head over to Scarletti’s Italian Kitchen or Gatto’s Restaurant & Bar and present your concert tickets to have 10% of the dinner bill donated to SEASPAR. This event is sponsored in part by Bank Financial. Come to Tivoli Theatre for a night of great music and philanthropy!
