Banner Alzheimer’s Institute is offering a free lecture on Friday, March 8. The lecture will focus on staying afloat with the changing roles and relationships in Dementia. Attendees can join the expert panel from Banner Alzheimer’s Institute and discover adjustments they may need to make to preserve relationships, while maintaining a sense of self and well-being.
For those living with or caring for someone with Alzheimer's disease (AD), effective treatment cannot be found soon enough. Demand for information that may prevent this dreaded disease is high as millions of Americans will develop AD in the future. As the disease progresses, caregivers and family members look for answers to find the key to navigating the disease with hope and dignity.
GPS is a free lecture series offered monthly that explores various aspects of Alzheimer's disease/dementia, caregiving and brain health. The lectures are held on the second Friday of each month at different locations. For a complete schedule and more information, visit www.banneralz.org.
