Altered Book Show/Silent Auction April 21, 2012

Marin Museum of Contemporary Art “Altered Book Show/Silent Auction.” This wildly popular show returns to MarinMOCA on April 21 with talk by Donna Seager at 4 pm (reception follows at 5pm). 150 Bay Area artists give new life to old, discarded books. Exhibit includes altered books, book sculptures, jewelry, collages, mixed media all using distressed books as inspiration.
