After an extended sold out West Coast run, Louie Liberti's 'Almost Made' moves East to be closer to its roots. The show is a tribute to Liberti's father, who raised his family in Queens, NY. 'Almost Made' follows Liberti as a teen working with his father in the "family" owned club through his dad's tragic downward spiral into drugs and depression. Devastated by the fall of his idol, Louie escapes to the other side of the country, only to begin making the same mistakes as his father. Liberti's "heartbreaking" journey has been called "energetic and very sincere" as well as "deeply felt and fearless" by Backstage West. 'Almost Made' is a touching story of admiration and disappointment seen through the eyes of a young boy wanting to make his father proud.
