Chef Steven Satterfield, co-owner of Miller Union will highlight the partnership between chef and farmer to create a meal that is not only allergen-friendly, but based around the week's harvest and offers a simple rustic preparation.
All proceeds from ticket sales go directly to the Food Allergy & Anaphylaxis Network (FAAN) to fund research, education and advocacy programs related to food allergies.
