Allegrini Wine Dinner April 23, 2009

Chef/proprietor Chris Scarduzio has joined forces with some very notable wineries to continue the Table 31 Wine Series well into the spring.

On April 23rd the Allegrini Winery Event will have selections including the hand-picked vintage from the founder, Giovanni Allegrini, himself—a 2005 Recioto della Valpolicella Giovanni. This and four other selections from the winery of Verona, Italy will be paired with a five-course tasting menu at $135 per person.

Wines being poured during the event will include: Soave DOC 2007, Valpolicella Classico DOC 2007, Palazzo della Torre IGT 2005, Amarone Classico DOC 2004, and Recioto della Valpolicella Giovanni 2005.
