We want to launch the Reenergized RAC, Regional Arts Council of Warren County, by hanging a piece of art work by you and other “Dignitaries” from all aspects of the County. Weather permitting it will be held outdoors under tents on Ford Street which will be closed from East Main St to the parking lot only. The Reception will be a meet, greet, and eat time for the public to see how talented our Warren Co. leaders are and raise a little money for RAC by having 3 “Peoples Choice Awards.” The awards will be determined by voters buying tickets and depositing them in containers by their favorite Art Works. You may sell your work or label it as NFS. What kind of work?
It can be 2-Dimensional, 3-Dimensional, serious, or humorous.
It can be something that you have done previously like woodworking, stitchery, rug hooking, or something quilted, carved, painted, drawn, etc.
You could do a collage using wood, papers, and or found objects.
With the new digital cameras and smart phones, you could take some photos make prints (enlarged if possible) and put them in a nice frame.
