All Out on September 17th for Court Argument on EIS Legal Appeal September 17, 2008

In July, DDDB and our 25 community co-plaintiff groups filed an appeal on the state lawsuit challenging the environmental review and approval of the Atlantic Yards project.

Argument for that appeal is now scheduled for Wednesday, September 17th and we would like you to mark your calendars and make your best effort to attend the court argument.

There are numerous cases on the docket scheduled for 2pm, so the DDDB et al. v. ESDC et al. case will not necessarily be argued at 2pm.
