All level Yoga Class taught by Megan Grime RYT200
in the Tea Room's Moroccan Lounge
Classes begin with Jnana Yoga, a full body warm-up session,
followed by asanas (poses) with an emphasis on breath and flow,
then end with a guided relaxation and realignment of the body.
The sessions are open to all ages and fitness levels. Donations accepted.
The classes will build on a series beginning with Surya Namaskar (Sun Salutation) and as always, a series easily adapted to your own pace
No Yoga May 30th and June 6th.
