All About Manga June 24, 2009

Join Jennifer Prough, Assistant Professor of Humanities and East Asian Studies at Valparaiso University, as she talks about Manga, a Japanese style of comics. Manga accounts for 1/3 of all book sales in Japan and these literary comics are rapidly growing in popularity in the United States as well. Professor Prough will explain the history of this art and how these comics are for boys and girls, young and old.
