The New York-based songwriter and performer has been compared to the likes of James Taylor and David Gray with his diverse blend of contemporary pop/rock and an occasional nod to folk classics. A graduate of the Berklee College of Music, Alexis Babini began touring in 2009 and has since shared the stage with established acts such as Blues Traveler, The Verve Pipe, Boz Scaggs, Sister Hazel and Kyle Patrick, lead singer of The Click Five.
Having played at events such as Summerfest, New York Songwriter's Circle, Utica Music Festival, and Provincetown Rocks Music Festival, Babini has also appeared as musical guest for Comcast Network, BNN TV, and college-produced programs such as “BU Tonight.” He was also the recipient of the Berklee College of Music Performer Songwriter Award for "Easy On the Eyes" and was previously featured on Xbox Live.
Babini describes his music as “hook-based and catchy” but never forgets to stay true to himself.
