Alexi Murdoch, named one of Rolling Stone’s 10 Artists To Watch, returns to the road beginning with a pair of low key afternoon performances at this year’s Sundance Film Festival, followed by the first leg of his U.S. tour, kicking off February 7th at new York City’s Mercury Lounge.

The tour is preceded by Alexi’s return to NBC’s Last Call With Carson Daly, which aired his performance of “Song For You” this Tues. Jan. 9 Alexi made his network television debut last year on Last Call, performing “All My Days.”

Both of the above mentioned songs are taken from Alexi’s debut full length, Time Without Consequence, released last year on his own Zero Summer Records. Time Without Consequence built the word of mouth generated by his previous Four Songs EP into nationwide critical acclaim, drawing accolades from such varied sources as Rolling Stone, Entertainment Weekly, Interview, Paste, Elle, Time Out New York and Alternative Press.
