>He began in 1980 playing guitar in Moscow's first new wave band and later formed the first Russian techno-industrial duo Notchnoi Prospekt,
together with Ivan Sokolovsky. Besides his pop-oriented career, Borisov is blessed with a talent for abstracting and destroying musical
and sonic dogmas. He belongs in the same fellowship of kinded minds as Leif Ellgren, The New Blockaders, etc.
