Alec Mapa: BABY DADDY June 1, 2012

The L.A. Gay & Lesbian Center’s Lily Tomlin/Jane Wagner Cultural Arts Center proudly presents the return of “America’s Gaysian Sweetheart,” ALEC MAPA, in a special, encore presentation of his acclaimed solo show BABY DADDY. The show hilariously chronicles Mapa's adventures as he marches into the unchartered territory of gay fatherhood.

Mapa’s life was turned upside down when he and his husband, producer Jamison Hebert (Bullied), adopted a 5-year old boy. How do you go from stand-up gigs, red carpets, gay cruises, and circuit parties to being a responsible, car-pool-driving P.T.A. member? Leave it to the star of such hit shows as Ugly Betty, Desperate Housewives and the sweetheart of The View to sort it all out.
