The tour includes both a guide tour of the Island and a self guided audio tour of the cell house. Tours depart at 4:20 pm in the winter, at 4:20 and 5:10 in the spring and fall, at 6:20 and 7:05pm in the summer.

Kevin (www.kevinhoffberg.com, www.decision-quality.com) is a long-time author and consultant on go-to-market strategy, customer experience and decision quality. He has over a twenty-five year business career advising executives at hundreds of organizations like Microsoft, Sony, Colgate Palmolive, Lloyds of London, Sears, Ernst & Young, Bristol Meyer Squibb and many many others.
Kevin's presentation will be called "Forget the Box." We?ve all heard the phrase ?think outside of the box,? the implication being that what?s normal and usual is ?the box,? and good ideas live somewhere else. By extension, to come up with high quality, innovative ideas you need to think outside the box. But who says the best idea isn?t actually in the box but you can only see it if you stand on your head? Or maybe the box isn?t the issue: It?s just that the current box is in the wrong place?
