* Nutrition discussion led by Peggy Bauer, DCN about the effects of sugar in our diets encompassing cholesterol/triglycerides, metabolic syndrome or syndrome X, inability to lose weight, lesson in label reading and an interactive test for sugar intolerance. We'll also have a basic discussion on what encompasses healthy eating and if there are any hard fast rules on the subject
* 60-minute yoga workout
* Healthy snacks provided
