This AlaVie Fitness class will strengthen the major muscle groups in the lower body (hamstrings, gluts, quads, calves, thighs, and hip flexors).
If you're looking to strengthen your legs and gain more muscle mass while burning calories, than this class is for you! It is easy to follow and all fitness levels are welcome.
