Agile Groupies October Meeting October 22, 2008

October Meeting will have 1 speaker and a group discussion

1. Kealy Opelt of Menlo Innovations will talk about her key learnings and take away's from Agile 2008. Held in Toronto this past August, Agile 2008 was a week long event focused on the latest techniques, technologies, attitudes and first-hand experience, from both a management and development perspective, for successful Agile software development.

2. Group discussion on managing client expectations. We have all struggled with this at one time or another. Come and share your ideas and tips for working with your clients. We'll use flip charts to capture ideas that you can take away and try.
