We’re very pleased to hold the launch party of The Great Outdoors Pt.2 by the hugely talented Lonesound. Forming the second of three EP releases which together constitute the album, The Great Outdoors is making sweeping, intelligent indie pop relevant once again.

Lonesound is James Ewers. Once of My Luminaries, singer-songwriter James’ musical pedigree and ear for a melody speaks for itself. He’s got himself a super-talented backing band and is now making 'windswept, bellow-it-from-a-hilltop indie' as endorsed by The Fly. Expect to catch his luscious songs on the radio in the coming month.

Mood-music from the Camden-based four-piece. Previously ‘The Black Sand’, with airplay on 6music and Amazing Radio, none of their edge has been lost in a simple change of name, Both powerful and atmospheric, the music has a smouldering character. Expect expansive guitars, lush falsetto vocals and crashing drums.

Well this is a party isn’t it? So we invited along our favourite party band Cable Street Collective. After a busy summer which saw them play The Big Mix festival in Shoreditch, and a session at John Kennedy’s Exposure show on XFM, the band is back from the studio and here with a bang. An ear for a catchy tune and a stomping beat define this mob, with a conspicuous taste for Africa.
