Learn the fundamentals or Afro-Caribbean dance, specifically focusing on the dances and cultures of Trinidad and Tobago, Cuba, Puerto Rico, Jamaica and Brasil. Explore dance steps, drum rhythms and body isolations in this all-level, non-competitive, uplifting and inspiring dance workout class!
