Afro Bop Alliance is a Latin Jazz septet based in Annapolis, MD performing extensively throughout the Washington DC-Baltimore area and Mid-Atlantic region. They use the instrumentation of a jazz ensemble augmented with congas, timbales, bongos and bells to play compositions in Afro-Cuban and Brazilian styles.
