African Festival 2008 October 18, 2008

The African Association of Arizona (AFASA) invites you to celebrate Africa with great live performances, children’s games, vendors, a fashion show, educational activities and many more.

All activities will take place outdoors at the Delph Courtyard. So, bring your family and friends to a day of African music, dance, art, culture, and food!

Live Performances throughout the day by Agalu, Amadou Kienou (master djembe drummer from Burkina Faso), AZ Drum and Dance with Mabiba Baegne (master dancer from Congo), Motherland Soul (Reggae), and Kawambe-Omowale African Drum & Dance Theatre (West African music and dance).
