The Centre for the Arts and Learning at Goldsmiths, University of London presents ‘African Consciousness, Reggae and the Diaspora’ a conversation focussing on black music.
Distinguished poet and musician, Linton Kwesi Johnson, will be in conversation with Professor Paul Gilroy from the London School of Economics. This unique event is being held to mark the bicentenary of the ending of the slave trade in Britain.
