Join the Afghan Friends Network for an evening of Afghan culture, hope, and possibility. Featuring the documentary exhibition, “Everyday Life in Afghanistan”, by Steven Wohlwender; authentic Afghan food; a performance of Afghan traditional dance by Ballet Afsanesh; and remarks by Afghanistan scholar, Dr. Qayoumi, President of California State University, East Bay.

The photographs can also be viewed during the day on Friday, when the church is open for its weekly food pantry program.
I saw the exhibit this morning, and the photos are really great.
