Where: First Floor of the Richmond SPCA's Robins-Starr Humane Center, 2519 Hermitage Road
Why: Guardians can protect their pets and better ensure that they are returned safely home if ever they become lost. Microchips provide dogs and cats with a permanent form of identification.
