Singapore National Eye Centre (SNEC) will be organising a series of eye-ducational talks on 21 July 2012, Saturday.
The session will first kick-start with a discussion on double eyelid surgery followed by the eligibility criteria for the surgery.
The talk will then address some common eyelid conditions such as heavy eyebags and drooping eyelids as well as what can be done to correct these conditions for a more youthful appearance.
