WHAT: The world’s largest active and adventure travel show – the Adventures in Travel Expo (ATE) – will take New York City by storm the weekend of January 12 and 13, 2008. Bringing together hundreds of captivating destinations from Brazil to India to Pennsylvania and exciting activities: scuba pool, an aerial zip line, a rope adventure course, cultural performances, the Taste of Asia Pavilion, and much more, ATE once again is THE place to kick off the winter blahs and plan your ultimate vacation.

Travel and adventure experts such as venerable travel expert Arthur Frommer and Richard Weise, former President, Explorers Club and host of PBS “Exploration with Richard Weise” will lead seminars on the latest travel trends in active and adventure travel, conservation and sustainable development.
