Advances in Neurodegenerative Disorders: Trials, Tribulations, and Triumphs
The neural frontier remains elusive in spite of spectacular progress in our understanding of the brain. This program will focus on novel approaches to treating Alzheimer's disease and other neurological conditions that afflict millions of individuals. Scientifically innovative strategies that target the early diagnosis and treatment of Alzheimer's disease are in development. In addition, the field of neurotechnology is making great strides in restoring neurological function. The baby-boomer population looks forward with great anticipation to the emergence of new therapeutic modalities in the near future.
Meet with fellow scientists, investors, academics and entrepreneurs at the 2005 Fall Life Science Breakfast Series.
