Forks Over Knives (http://forksoverknives.com/) is a feature film that examines the profound claim that degenerative diseases can be controlled or even reversed by switching to a plant based diet. The movie will be officially released March 11, 2011.

This event will benefit two non-profit organizations: The Cancer Project (http://www.cancerproject.org/) and EarthSafe (http://www.earthsave.org/)

The panel discussion will be followed with catering provided by Nature's Express.
