Advanced Map & Compass Skills April 5, 2011

This class builds on the Beginning Map & Compass class. Topics include magnetic declination, intersection, resection and modified resection, aiming off, aspects of using a GPS device, night navigation, river navigation and route finding. Adults

This class, when combined with the Basic Map & Compass and Backcountry Navigation classes will give you complete confidence in your wilderness skills.
