Pianist, arranger and composer Adaron "Pops" Jackson brings his new, acoustic group into the Bistro for a weekend that will most definitely be...well, good for the soul! Jackson has performed as a sideman as well as with his own ensembles throughout the U.S. and Europe. He has shared the stage with such diverse artists as Ronald Carter, Conrad Herwig, Harry Allen, Frank Morgan, LaVerne Butler and Wallace Roney. While Bistro patrons have become accustomed to hearing Jackson with powerhouse soul-jazz outfit Good 4 The Soul, listeners are sure to delight in his newest, straight-ahead jazz offering.
