Austin singer/songwriter Adam Ahrens will be playing at the Cactus Cafe January 26 at 8 p.m. Performing songs from his new album "Prize Fight," Ahrens brings his folk- and blues-influenced finger style guitar playing to the historic Cactus Cafe stage.
With a sound likened to Leonard Cohen, Ahrens' music and deep vocals have found acclaim all around Texas and his sophomore album "Fond du Lac" was named one of the best Texas albums of 2008 by the Austin Chronicle.

Found out to late to attend. perhaps I can attend at another time in the near future.thank you!Cutting property taxes with home prices falling to new lows not seen in years.Assesments remain high whats up with that?
