Act of Congress, Sistren: Nightfall Concert Series August 7, 2009

With hook-laden melodies, compelling songwriting and burning instrumentals, this “pop-grass” quartet combines the best of rock, folk and bluegrass music. AOC layers smooth pure harmonies over an extraordinarily high level of musicianship, earning them a growing fan base throughout the southeast.

Featuring a wide variety of headline performances by world-class musicians from around the globe every Friday evening from May 22 (Memorial Day weekend) through September 25 at Miller Plaza.

Shows begin at 7:00 PM with a local opening act, followed by the evening's headline performer at 8:00 PM.
