ACT 3 International presents A Brown Bear, a Moon and a Caterpillar – Treasured Stories by Eric Carle by Mermaid Theatre of Nova Scotia, Canada July 13, 2012

For the July 2012 instalment of ACT 3 International Children’s Theatre Season, ACT 3 International is proud to present the Asian premiere of a brand new production – A Brown Bear, a Moon and a Caterpillar – Treasured Stories by Eric Carle by Mermaid Theatre of Nova Scotia, Canada. This magical work of black light theatre brings together the beloved tales of award-winning children’s book illustrator and writer Eric Carle – The Very Hungry Caterpillar; Brown Bear, Brown Bear, What Do You See? and Papa, Please Get the Moon For Me and is suitable for 3 to 6 year olds.

Featuring stunning visual effects, innovative shadow puppetry and vibrant choral music, this triple bill will enthral children with its magical transformation of well-loved tales into a larger-than-life piece of theatre. No performances on Mondays.
