Columbia College Chicago partners with Artists’ Cooperative Residency and Exhibitions (ACRE) to redefine the purpose of an exhibition in the upcoming show Running Room, at the A + D Gallery. On June 23 and June 30, just outside the gallery, downtown Chicago’s populace will be interpolated by playful, poetic, gestures enacted by Erik Peterson and Adam Farcus in the Tow Tow’n and What The Large Glass Company Caries (Remains to be Seen) and Feed Forms and Duck It exhibitions. The use of two-way mirror glass and audience participation gives these exhibitions the chance to explore the various aspects of public-wrangling.
WHEN:
5-8 p.m., June 23 - Erik Peterson
5-8 p.m., June 30 - Adam Farcus
