Ms. Pines critically acclaimed new CD, Beethoven & Clement Violin Concertos, with Londons Royal Philharmonic Orchestra conducted by Jos Serebrier, recently reached the No. 5 position on Billboards classical album charts.
The CD includes the world-premiere recording of Franz Clements delightful Violin Concerto in D, from 1805, and Beethovens illustrious Concerto for Violin in D, Op. 61, from 1806. The album went on sale worldwide in September.
Ms. Pine, a Chicago-based, international concert and recording artist, will make her London concert debut November 11 with the Royal Philharmonic and Maestro Serebrier, performing Johannes Brahmss Violin Concerto, which she also has recorded for the Cedille label.
