West Park to host “ ABC Red Carpet Screening” on Friday, July 13

Regularly scheduled Movie in the Park to be replaced with special free screening of two new shows to air this fall on ABC . Auditions for "Supernanny" and guest appearances with "Dancing with the Stars" celebrities also featured.

Carmel Clay Parks & Recreation, ABC Television Network, and RTV 6 invite the public to a free " ABC Red Carpet Screenings" event on Friday, July 13, 2007 , at West Park beginning at 7 pm . The night will include one-of-a-kind ABC merchandise giveaways, RTV 6 talent appearances, and an exclusive first look at two new shows coming to ABC this fall, "Pushing Daisies" and "Carpoolers." Families are also invited to audition for ABC 's reality show, "Supernanny" and professional dancers Tony Dovolani and Elena Grinenko from the phenomenally popular series "Dancing with the Stars" will appear. In addition, there will be games for all members of the family, including an ABC Prize Wheel, money booth, dance revolution game, photo opportunity, and free popcorn and cotton candy. The screenings will start at dusk.

This year marks the second consecutive summer that West Park has hosted the " ABC Red Carpet Screenings" tour. Last year's participants were the first in Indiana to watch ABC 's hit series, "Ugly Betty." Maybe we can make history again by screening the next big hit on television!
