Prenatal Yoga continues second year-with relaxation and MUCH Needed and required BREATHING techniques.

Prenatal Yoga is starting this coming Thursday.
Start Date: 4/1/10 (6 or 8 class sessions) your choice
Day/ time: Thursday. 7.15 pm to 8.15 pm
Price: $90.00 for 6 class session
$120.00 for 8 class session.
Location: 295, Rt 46 west, Rockaway NJ 07866 at
(Kiddie academy) above party fair and across from Rockaway garden enter. next door to world gym. Parking and entrance is around the back and up the hill.
Please make sure your doctor is ok with you joining this class.
Since we are starting the class next week, no need to mail payment. You can bring the cash/check to the class and we will do registration /payment a few minutes before class.
Please come a bit early the first day. Phone or E mail confirmation needed to join the class. Please register ASAP as seats are limited.
