7.15 pm to 8.30 pm Yoga-ongoing
Thursday
6.00 pm to 7.00 pm Yoga and stress release for beginners
7.15 pm to 8.30 pm mixed level Beginner/Gentle Yoga -ongoing
Friday
6.00pm to 7.00 pm stress management,meditation.
