Aatma Gnana Yoga is organising a yoga programme in English and Tamil by T S Narayanan. It consists of pranayama, meditation, tips on healthy food habits and principles for happy living. Regular practise of Aatma Gnana Yoga will help one to get rid of chronic ailments such as high blood pressure, wheezing, diabetes, migraine and spondylitis.
