Aaron Schachter is one of the newest members of the AFP art cult. He is as quiet and unassuming as his work. He has the looseness that is such a highly prized virtue of the group but there is no hint of frantic in the brushstrokes. His colors fight like close family members doing long-running inside jokes. And there are strange spaces implied around his figures.
