Regional_Airport in many cases you can get a better fare
depending on from where you are flying. The airport markets

The conference fee is $50 if you register on line before the 31th of May after that the on line registration is $65. The on site fee at the conference would be $75.
Regarding the rooms we are getting a terrific rate of $79 we have blocked 70 room nigh for the conference so the sooner you make your reservations the better. There is now additional information on the APCUG web site: www.apcug.net Regarding meals there will be a lunch buffet on Saturday the 16th and a breakfast buffet on Sunday.
We are trying to get the local user groups to pitch in for a pizza buffet at the meet and greet on Friday night the 15th.
There are still rooms available at the Crown Plaza both before during and
after the conference for those of you who are attending and want to sight
see. However the early bird registration will end on the 31th of May and
increase to $65 on the 1st of June.
There are still *rooms available* for the conference please* call* the hotel
directly* **1-216-524-070* and *ask for in house reservations* and tell them
you are booking for the *APCUG Annual Computer Conference*. The 14th there
are 145 rooms available 15th 60 rooms available, 16th 56 rooms available and
on the 17th there are 155 rooms available. This is as of 5:51pm Saturday
the 28th of May. So please call and make your reservations as soon as
possible. The reason that the web site said there were no rooms is because
we had met the number of room nights that we had blocked. We try to not
over block because if the hotel can not resell those rooms we APCUG would
have eaten the cost of the unsold rooms.
