A.C.T. from Clarks Valley Zion EC Church Presents State Road 47 a Musical Comedy and Dinner Theater May 1, 2010

A.C.T. Drama Group of Clarks Valley Zion E.C. Church will present the musical comedy State Road 47. A cast of 18 actors, who will play multiple roles, perform three parables of Jesus that happened “along a road”. These three retellings of the original parables include the Sower and the Seed, The Good Samaritan, and The Prodigal Son are all done with new hilarious characters and memorable music and dancing. The result is a fun, “corny” but charming, evening of entertainment. The audience will be made to feel a part of the action as we journey together on State Road 47. Three performances will be held at Clarks Valley Zion E.C. Church, 210 McKelvey Rd. Dauphin, PA on Sat., May 1st at 7:00 p.m. and Sun., May 2nd at 2:30 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. All performances are FREE. On Sat. May 1st , a delicious Dinner Buffet will be served at 6:00 p.m. in the downstairs social hall before the performance. Tickets are needed for the Dinner Buffet at a cost of $7.50 for Adults and $5.00 for Children (up to age 13).
