A Taste of Iceland September 29, 2012

Denver will get a little taste of what life is like up north as the city hosts A Taste of Iceland, a celebration of Iceland's food, music and film. The multi-day Icelandic event will include a free performance by Reykjavik Calling at Gothic Theatre. This evening will also feature collaborations between top Iceland and Denver musicians including Iceland's Mugison and Lay Low and Denver's Joe Sampson and Julie Davis. The weekend will also boast a special Icelandic menu at Coohills and a film festival with free screenings of two hit Icelandic films, 'Summerland' and 'Inni' at the L2 Arts and Culture Center on Sept. 30.
