The Atlanta Journal Consitution said the play ... brims with wit, personality and life-affirming energy.The five fictional characters in her play are standing in the rain at the end of long line of mourners that have come to pay tribute to Coretta Scott King, the deceased widow of Martin Luther King, Jr. What ensues is a generational clash invoked by the common need to embrace Mrs. Kings extraordinary life and find a bridge to the soul of the civil rights icon. As the mourners hold her in their memories, so the play enters ours.
