Danny Boy was part of the Fringe Festival, an annual festival of off-the-beaten-path plays at the end of August. Now, the creators of the Fringe Fest are bringing it back for part of an "encore," a showing of the "cream-of-the-crop" of the Fringe Fest.
In a nutshell, we will meet, watch the play and then eat at a to-be-announced location (optional & additional cost). Seats are general admission, so if you arrive early, you can have the best seats.
Here's a brief synopsis (links to longer reviews are below): Thirty-something Danny Bloch seeks romance. But his stature complicates matters--he stands about four feet tall. In this urban romantic comedy, Danny collides with friends, family, lovers and body issues in his funny, dark and poignant quest for love and self-esteem.
